LOVE IT, LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!
HOW GREAT TO HAVE ALL THE HITS ON ONE CD. IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I LISTENED TO GARTH, AND THIS CD MADE ME REALIZE HOW MUCH I'VE MISSED HIM..
I LOVE POPPING THE CD IN MY CAR PLAYER AND ACTUALLY ENJOYING MY LONG COMMUTE TO WORK. HIS LYRICS STILL MAKE ME SMILE AND LAUGH...AND CRY TOO. I REMEMBER NOW WHY GARTH BROOKS IS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE GREAT ONES AND NOT ONLY OF COUNTRY MUSIC.

There Has Never Been So Much Bang for Each Buck Spent Jun 21, 2008
Garth is the guy who brought pop country music to the masses in America and also in the outside world in a way no other singer has made before. The simplicity and the beauty of his songs are compelling to the most. Hard to resist. A reference. Period.

The success of "The Ultimate Hits" is a proof that Garth, even when he's out of scene, never loses momentum. Every one of his previous studio and live albums are multi-million sales records, and even this one, which is just a compilation of his previous songs (with three new ones, in fact) follows the same multi-million sales track. Yes! You got it! Three songs made a lot of people buy again what they probably already had. New fans, like me, had a real grasp on what Garth is all about and I am looking for more.

The "Ultimate Hits" does not carry the word "ultimate" without a reason. It is also "The Ultimate Package" because it is a bundle with 2 CDs and 1 amazing DVD (containing both music videos and live performances of all the songs on the CDs) for the price of one CD. A value for the money that you just don't find anywhere. So that's no questions: Garth hits the Target again. Well Done!

This is an awesome cd that gives you all those great hits all in the one package. He never ceases to amaze me with his energy and powerful talent.

Anyone who calls themselves a fan of country music fan must own this cd! This is Garth at his best, with over 30 of his great hits. This is the first Hits album he has put out since 1994, and it was well worth the wait because this cd has all of his best songs - with a few newer ones! Its a "must have" for any country music fan/collector.
